Beak to Tail Eating – Game Bird Dinner at Paloma
I attended this event along with 27 other lucky food lovers, chefs and food & wine producers last night. I went as a former chef and foodie not a blogger so unfortunately no pictures of the food. Suffice to say it was food coma inducing. The crust for the peach cobbler for dessert had duck fat in it! One of the best food experiences I have had in years!
